|0000455||FlexRAID Transparent RAID||[All Projects] General||public||2017-05-02 14:42||2017-12-14 19:13|
|Summary||0000455: Consistently label Verify+|
|Description||The Verify+ task is labelled as "Verify RAID" (without the plus) in various places:|
- Tasks "folder" list in the Web UI
- Task progress window
- Confirmation e-mail
I would recommend to include the "+" at all occurrences to enabled distinction from the Verify task. If this is undesirable because of the plus sign, maybe just use "Verify plus" or something like that.
|Steps To Reproduce||Run a normal or scheduled Verify+ task.|
|Additional Information||The label is "correct" in the Scheduler view and also in the log file (VERIFY_PLUS).|
|Tags||No tags attached.|
This is done on purpose since they are effectively the same task and to keep the Tasks folder list with one less task type.
You think making the distinction would be useful in those specific contexts?
Yes, I think it would be helpful because it is just more accurate about which task is done.
Nevertheless I admit that this is a cosmetic change.
