Summary | 0000460: Security Permission Issue
Description | Normal Windows User (Not Member of Administrators group) can read and write to Storage pool. I have set the security permission to Deny User but still User can read and write to storage pool. Note: I already change the drive ownership to Administrators only from System. Did a reboot. This issue is only happening to Storage Pool, No issue on other mounted drives in terms of access security.
Steps To Reproduce | Create a Ntlogin having membership of Users (default membership for newly created account in Windows) On the Storage pool - Go to security tab and remove Group or Usernames EXCEPT = Administrators, Creator Owner and System. Try to access the Storage Pool - Have Read and Write access which Users Should NOT. Go to Storage Pool Drive Security Tab. Set the User to Deny Access. - Still the User have Read and Write access to Storage pool. Note: In every changes in NTFS folder security changes, I did a system reboot and the owner of the Storage pool drive was set only to Administrators Group. I am not using a domain feature.
